Step 1:
Login to your Baji’s account and click ‘Member Center’.
Step 2:
Select ‘Withdrawal’.
Step 3:
Please complete your account verification before you proceed with the withdrawal request.

Step 4:
Select your preferred payment channels.
Currently, we support bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Local Bank withdrawal channels.
Please note that different payment channels will have different minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts.
Step 5:
i) If you’re using bKash/Nagad/Rocket withdrawal channels, please ensure that your payment gateway’s account matches the phone number you registered on Baji.
Note: If you have more than one phone number, you can contact our 24/7 customer support team to add up to three phone numbers to your account.
ii) If you’re using Local Bank, please enter your valid bank details by clicking on the “Add Bank Card” button.
You can choose to save the card for future payments by ticking the ‘save as preferred’ option after filling in all the details.
Step 6:
Click on the ‘Withdrawal’ button and you will receive a notification that your withdrawal request has been received and is being processed.
To check the status of your withdrawal, click on “Member Center,” select “Transaction Records,” specify the time period during which your withdrawals were made, and then click on the “Submit” button.
Important Notes:
- Please complete your account verification before making a withdrawal.
- Ensure that all your information is accurate. Baji will not be liable for missing funds due to incorrect information.

আপনার পছন্দসই পেমেন্ট চ্যানেল সিলেক্ট করুন।
বর্তমানে, আমরা bKash, Nagad, Rocket, এবং Local Bank উত্তোলন চ্যানেল সমর্থন করি।
দয়া করে লক্ষ্য করুন, বিভিন্ন পেমেন্ট চ্যানেলের জন্য ভিন্ন ভিন্ন ন্যূনতম এবং সর্বাধিক উত্তোলন পরিমাণ থাকতে পারে।

i) যদি আপনি bKash/Nagad/Rocket উত্তোলন চ্যানেল ব্যবহার করেন, তবে নিশ্চিত করুন যে আপনার পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের অ্যাকাউন্টটি আপনার Baji-তে নিবন্ধিত ফোন নম্বরের সাথে মিলে যাচ্ছে।
বিঃদ্রঃ যদি আপনার একাধিক ফোন নম্বর থাকে, তবে আপনি আমাদের ২৪/৭ কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে তিনটি ফোন নম্বর পর্যন্ত যুক্ত করতে পারেন।
ii) যদি আপনি Local Bank ব্যবহার করেন, তাহলে “Add Bank Card” বাটনে ক্লিক করে আপনার বৈধ ব্যাংক বিবরণ দিন।
আপনি সমস্ত তথ্য পূর্ণ করার পর, ভবিষ্যতে পেমেন্টের জন্য কার্ডটি সেভ করার জন্য ‘save as preferred’ অপশনে টিক চিহ্ন দিতে পারেন।
ধাপ ৬:
‘Withdrawal’ বাটনে ক্লিক করুন এবং আপনি একটি নোটিফিকেশন পাবেন যে আপনার উত্তোলন অনুরোধ গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে এবং প্রক্রিয়াধীন।
আপনার উত্তোলনের স্ট্যাটাস চেক করতে, “Member Center”-এ ক্লিক করুন, “Transaction Records” সিলেক্ট করুন, আপনার উত্তোলন করা সময়সীমা নির্দিষ্ট করুন এবং তারপর “Submit” বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নোটস:
- উত্তোলন করার আগে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ভেরিফিকেশন সম্পন্ন করুন।
- আপনার সমস্ত তথ্য সঠিক হতে হবে, Baji ভুল তথ্যের কারণে মিসিং ফান্ডের জন্য দায়ী হবে না।
